Harmony Day
Today we celebrated Harmony Day here at school. The SRC (Student Council) organised the day: we dressed in yellow or orange and sold yellow and orange fruit at recess and lunch.
Everyone wrote a little bit about harmony and what it means to them. You can read more of what each person has written on their own blog.
Today is Harmony Day
When children’s smiles are as bright as a sunshine ray.
Today we work together
To make the world much better.
Where children have some fun,
Dressed in colours like the sun.
Friendship is celebrated today
Where lots of children like to play.

Harmony means peaceful.
Everyone is cheerful.
It is when you share.
It is when you wear yellow and orange.
We work together to make a fun day.
We are all like bright suns.
We are happy as can be
We all chat like good friends do.
We all sell yellow and orange fruit and orange ribbons too!
At the end of the day we are as cheerful as can be!!
