What a performance …. well worth the wait!!

The audience obviously loved it - and because it’s on your blog it can be enjoyed by family and friends, too (.. as well as all your ‘blogging’ friends)

    Well done!!

Thanks Mrs Vass - it took MrsP a while to get the video up and running - it took forever to upload onto Jumpcut, but then just a few clicks and it was in our blog!!! We sat for a little while with fingers crossed and thinking positive thoughts at the screen/computer and voila!

What a superb performance. Did it take a long time to practise?

Thank you P6 in Loirston. We had great fun writing, practising and performing the play. All up it took about 3 weeks :)

This was one of the best tales of Macbeth that I’ve seen. Great drama, especially Lady Macbeth! The costumes really created the atmosphere too! I can’t close without commenting on the sword fight between the messengers and Macduff’s soldiers, great precision and I think I recognised one of the messengers.

What a good performance that was!
I liked how Martin said,” “Ha ha ha”.

Great version of Shakespeare’s play - did you know often it is called ‘The Scottish play’ as people acting in it believe calling it Macbeth will bring bad luck - so well done on ‘The Scottish Play’ Have a great holiday!

Thanks for the information - we did know of some superstitions surrounding this play. We called it the “Dark, Dark Tale” as well as Macbeth - so maybe the bad luck was cut in half????

    Hi,

We are from Balmoral school in Auckland, New Zealand.

We think history is something which has happened in the past. There are different types of history such as personal, family, country and world history. Everyone interprets history in different ways. Someone might think something is history and someone else may think it’s nothing to do with history. It can be different even though it is the same event depending on what location you are in. You can remember things by the emotion that you had then. we believe not everything is history only important things are.
