Here we are practising like crazy for our assembly item last week. We had two items happening so that everybody would have the chance to perform in front of the whole school.

The two items were chosen because they were funny and fun to present. They were “There was an old lady who swallowed a bat” and a poem called the “Nude Dude”.

We had roles to assign, movements to choreograph, lines to say, actions to act, costumes to organise.

Then we had to put it altogether so that the audience would be able to hear what we were saying, see what we were doing and understand what was happening.

Lots to think and do.

Fingers crossed that everything will be ok on the day 🙂
