Eureka Flag:

The Eureka flag is a blue flag with a white Southern Cross on it. It was flown on the goldfields of Victoria in the 1800’s. It was used by the goldminers who were fighting the police. “We swear by the Southern Cross to stand truly by each other and fight to defend our rights and liberties.”

Echidna:

Echidnas are one of the most important Australian animals – there diet consists largely of ants and termites. The echidnas are named after a monster in ancient Greek mythology

Erythrura Trichroa:

Is part of the parrot family and is a (blue-faced parrot finch) found in North-Eastern Australia. The main differences noted between species is body measurements, weight and coloration.

Eudyptula:

Is a (fairy minor penguin) the penguin, which usually grows between 30 and 33 centre meters tall they are referred to as fairy penguins because there tiny size.

Ehrenbreitstein,SA:

Is a South Australian town named by a German migrant

Emu:

Is the largest bird native to Australia and the only existing member of the genus dromaius. The Emu is common over most mainland Australia it is also the second largest bird in the world by height.
