After a great two week break we are back at school now.
Already this week we have had an ANZAC Day service, a public holiday, our school Cross Country carnival and today we are starting this term’s sports activities.
It’s hard to keep up – may be we need another holiday!
Hello Allstars – and welcome back! We know what you mean. We have a very busy last term ahead of us before the class go off to High School. It seems like there just aren’t enough hours in the day to fit everything in!
We’re very excited about working with you on the wiki!
Your Anzac day looks exciting and bright and colourful. Can you explain more about it?
Anzac day is to remember the people who died at war, it stands for Australian New Zealand Army Corp. Everyone turn facing west because thats where the sun sets (like, where the sun rests) and have a one minute silence trying to remember those people…
I didn’t find our cross country interesting, I came last!!
Glad to see you back on the blog Allstars.
We have not really been able to use our computers in School since our spring break. Hopefully they will all be fixed by the time I come back from Holland with primary 7(we go next week).
Skippy is doing well and feels more at home now the weather is getting a bit better here.
Mr Johnston,
Getting a new network up and running is VERY FRUSTRATING – we had to put up with the same thing last year. We really missed using the internet at that time too!
We hope you and your classes have a wonderful trip to Holland next week. Everyone here wishes they could visit another country on a school excursion – but everyone is sooooooooo far away 🙂
Sandy is still waiting for the weather to cool down over here. It was 27 degrees celsius today and we are supposed to be in the middle of Autumn! Maybe we should put the air con on a really low temperature so we can pretend its cold here. What do you think?
Anzac day was at the 25 april and then after that day was MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!
when did the war start?
